The hotel was conveniently located in the city center and close to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was decent and there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the surroundings.
Our experience at the hotel was not great. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming and did not seem interested in assisting us during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with a supermarket right across the street offering ready meals for travelers. the rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for families with kids. the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, with some rooms even featuring multi-spray showers. the included breakfast buffet is generous, offering a variety of dishes to choose from. Guests can also enjoy stunning views of the nearby castle from select rooms.
Some guests have mentioned that the staff could be more friendly and welcoming.

During my visit to this hotel during Christmas, I appreciated the central location of the hotel, and easy access to nearby shops and attractions. I enjoyed the spacious clean rooms with lovely decor, and the fantastic views of the city.
There was a lack of hospitality from the staff, and they appeared disinterested and unwelcoming.
